Sinai Preschool Application Process

1. Visit Sinai Preschool — We'd love to have you visit our Director, Fern Katz. We can't wait to meet you!
2. Fill out your application — Please complete all sections of the application.
3. Submit your application — Submit your final application form with a $100 non-refundable application fee (1 fee per family per year) to Sinai Preschool.

Deadlines

January 15, 2026 — Priority Application Deadline
Priority consideration will be given to Chicago Sinai members, current Sinai Preschool families, and siblings of former Sinai Preschool students. After this date, applicants will not receive priority consideration.
February/March, 2026 — Acceptance letters will be sent.
May 31, 2026 — Deadline for the tuition assistance application.

Tuition Assistance may be available for qualifying families. For more information, please contact Fern Katz. All information is confidential.

Late Care is also available on an as-needed basis. Enrollment in Enrichment Classes is accepted during the year if space is available.

Late Care requires a minimum enrollment of 4 (four) children per day to operate and is subject to cancelation if there are not enough registrants.

- Sinai Preschool reserves the right to cancel any programs or classes due to low enrollment and all fees will be refunded.

- My child must be up-to-date on all vaccinations according to the American Academy of Pediatrics Immunization Schedule.
