Tashlich and Picnic

Tashlich and Picnic
Sunday, September 28 | 10 AM | North Pond in Lincoln Park
2535 N. Stockton Dr.

Join us for a community gathering in place of Religious School as we celebrate the ritual of Tashlich together at North Pond. Tashlich is a beautiful High Holy Day tradition where we symbolically cast away the mistakes of the past year by throwing breadcrumbs into the water, making space for renewal and growth in the year ahead.

After the ritual, we’ll enjoy a relaxed afternoon of music, songs, games, and fun. Please bring picnic blankets, food for your family, and any outdoor games you’d like to share. This is a wonderful opportunity for families of all ages to come together and start the year off right!

Chicago Sinai Congregation cherishes our events and vibrant community that makes them possible. To celebrate and share these moments, we use photos from Sinai programs in our marketing. If you prefer not to be featured in those materials, please contact Gianna De Mase at gdemase@chicagosinai.org.
